He followed the sound and found Bella the Bunny, hopping around a bush. Bella had lost her favorite ball. "Hi, Bella!" Benny said. "Can I help you find your ball?" Bella smiled and nodded. The Search for the Blue Ball Benny and Bella started looking for the ball. They checked behind big rocks, under bright flowers, and next to the bubbling stream. Finally, Benny saw something shiny in the grass. It was Bella's blue ball! "Thank you, Benny!" Bella cheered. "You are the best bear!" Benny felt happy to help his friend. A Berry Picnic To celebrate, Benny and Bella had a berry picnic. They sat under a big tree and shared the bananas, blueberries, and berry juice. While they ate, they talked and laughed, happy to be friends. Benny's Brave Return As the sun set, Benny knew it was time to go home. "Goodbye, Bella! See you soon!" Benny waved as he walked back through the forest. He felt proud of his adventure and looked forward to the next fun day. 1. One day, Cici, Kiki and Lulu were playing together in a peaceful forest. They talked and laughed together. They also encouraged each other. 2. The next day, Cici, Lulu , and Kiki gathered together as usual. However, when they were walking together, suddenly Kiki felt very weak and her steps felt slower and heavier. So Kiki was left behind by Cici and Lulu. 3. Cici and Lulu just realized that Kiki was not with them. They called Kiki but there was no answer. Finally they went back to look for Kiki and they found Kiki silent because her body was weak. 4. Cici and Lulu were worried about Kiki. It turned out that they realized that Kiki was sick. They helped Kiki to get better, even though they were the ones who looked for food for Kiki. They were always there for Kiki and looked after her. 5. Apparently, Kiki was sick for 2 days. And during that time, Cici and Lulu did not leave Kiki. On the third day, Kiki had recovered. Kiki had started to walk normally and laugh. 6. Since her father’s death a year ago, it was her mother who attended all her school events. Mayuka and her mom went to her classroom, buzzing with her dance pals. ‘Where’s my skirt?’ ‘Miss, my hairclips are missing.’ Ka-chik, ka-chik, selfies everywhere. Mayuka got ready quickly. I was born in the auspicious old walled village, gazing at the lush green mountains in the distance and the meandering Wutong River, which made me feel the unique charm of this land from an early age. Our ancestors carefully chose this site and built sturdy high walls of blue bricks, which not only defended against pirate attacks but also provided a cool and pleasant shelter from the heat. Although the village gate is narrow, it serves its defensive purpose well, making it difficult for outsiders to invade easily. The ancient well beside the gate is a vital water source for the villagers, ensuring water security when enemies approach. As I walk into the village, the neatly arranged houses are hidden beneath the greenery, exuding an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The ancestral hall towers into the clouds, with dragon-head wood carvings and crane reliefs inside, showcasing the profound historical and cultural heritage of the Tang clan. During major festivals, the villagers actively participate, ringing the ancient bronze bell in unison, praying for the blessings of our ancestors. I especially love to visit the Tin Hau Temple, where after lighting an incense stick, I listen to the miraculous stories of the Goddess of Heaven and the Earth God, hoping they will bless me with safety and health. The nearby Chong Him Hall is also a favorite of mine, filled with countless memories from my childhood. Every time I step into this familiar historic site, I can't help but feel: I am so fortunate to be born in such a place rich in history and culture. I will study hard to inherit the wisdom of my ancestors, ensuring that this treasured land is passed down through generations and thrives.
